Who we are
This site (tonybushong.coach) is run by Bushong Performance Systems LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("BPS," "I," or "we"). You can reach us at Info@TonyBushong.com.
What we collect
- What you give us. Your name, email, and anything else you type into a form, an inquiry, or a booking.

Affiliate links
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy through one, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. I only link to things I use or trust.
Cookies and your choices
Analytics and advertising tools set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on, and manage ad settings in your Meta ad preferences.
Email and unsubscribing
If you join a list, we'll email you. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and one click takes you off the list. You can also email us and we'll remove you.
We don't sell your data
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, to run the business, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for the reason we collected it. Subscriber data stays until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Payment and business records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your rights and data requests
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you. Email Info@TonyBushong.com. We'll confirm it's you and respond within the time the law requires.
